Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive in about 7-14 business days after they ship. During the holiday season some orders can take a little longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every US order.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show the first update.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We can't ship to PO Boxes, so please use a street address.

Lost or late packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at support@hottysocks.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
